Storage and retention

Data is stored securely within KKDT’s Microsoft 365 tenant.
– Identifiable data (e.g., emails): retained for up to 12 months or until consent is withdrawn.
– Anonymous/aggregated data: retained for up to 3 years for reporting and funding purposes.

International transfers

Microsoft 365 may process data outside the UK/EEA under approved safeguards (UK IDTA and EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights

You have the right to:
– Access, rectify, or erase your data.
– Restrict or object to processing.
– Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

Our services and surveys are intended for adults (18+). If you are under 18, please obtain consent from a parent/guardian.
